Very old wooden phurba from Nepal. Artisan handcarved and with some minor imperfections and damages due to its age and previous usage, but overall still in good condition.
Design characteristics:
Pommel: a three-faced Vajrakilaya, with three different facial expressions; joyful, wrathful and peaceful. Handle: some variations of the shrivatsa (endless knot) symbol. Blade: intertwined naga's facing upwards and some trident and sun & moon symbols.
This antique phurba has a length of 20 centimeters and weighs 69 grams.
