Antique wooden phurba from Nepal. Artisan handcarved and with some minor imperfections and damages due to its age and previous usage, but overall still in very good condition.
Design characteristics:
Pommel: a three-faced Vajrakilaya, with three different facial expressions; joyful, wrathful and peaceful. Handle: a combination of a vajra (dorje) and shrivatsa (endless knot) symbols. Blade: intertwined naga's facing upwards and sun & moon symbols.
This antique phurba has a length of 17 centimeters and weighs 55 grams.
