Chinese 19th century opium pipe, made in the Xianfeng period (1831-1861).
Stem etched with gold colored decorations, mouthpiece and pipe bowl made from bronze.
The stem is extendable, making the total length of this pipe variable between 49 centimeters and 68 centimeters. Diameter of the bronze pipe bowl is 3 centimeters.
Due to its age, of course some small scratches and damages can be seen here and there, but overall this pipe is still in very good condition. A unique and quite rare item to add to your collection.
