Rattle made with an old cow horn. This horn is in 'vintage' condition with some damages due to its age, and has in the past been treated with a semi-shiny varnish.
The rattle is filled with organic buckwheat, giving it a nice heavy feel and sound.
To cover the horn, a piece of rawhide from goat has been used (acquired as scrap material from an artisan drum maker) and it has been decorated with a piece of long haired fox fur, from a vintage hide preparation.
Size; approximately 20 centimeters long, measured in a horizontal line next to the horn.
