Engraved fossilized bone and amber amulet necklace #4

This unique amulet necklace features a piece of fossilized bone, found on the Dutch Northsea beach. This bone comes from an animal that lived somewhere between 40.000- 8.000 years ago in the area that we now call Doggerland (which is now beneath the Northsea between the Netherlands and England).
On the day of the Midwinter Solstice 2023, this piece of bone has been handmade by Chyltys Kam into an amulet. Inspired by the style of the amazing 7th century BCE petroglyphs in the Nepalese Upper Mustang Area, this piece of bone has been engraved with the symbol of a deer.
The bone pendant has been combined with beads made from Baltic amber, in a natural frosted look.
Sizes of the fossilized bone piece; approximately 70 millimeters high and 40 millimeters wide. If you look closely at the back/marrow side of the bone, you can still see some little grains of sand and salt from the Northsea nestled in the cracks.
Made into a necklace with black waxcord. The cord is closed with a simple knot, making it easy to adjust this necklace to your personal length.
Unique item, only one available.
