Rattle made with the hide from a goat. This hide is acquired as scrap material from an artisan drum maker.
The rattle is filled with organic buckwheat, giving it a nice heavy feel and sound.
The wood for this rattle comes from the sacred maple tree in the garden of Chyltys Kam.
The rattle is decorated with a colorful braid, made from 9 strands of 100% cotton in the colors red, orange and yellow. During the braiding, only the best of intentions and blessings were put in.
Total length of this rattle is 28 centimeters. It weighs 40 grams. This rattle is a little smaller and lower weight than for example the red deer hide rattles.
Handmade by Chyltys Kam. Every rattle is a unique item.
