On a less serious note...
This phurba is a replica of the one designed by Joe Nemec III for the 1994 motion picture "The Shadow". Nemec based the design for it on his research on authentic Himalayan phurba's, but allowed himself some artistic freedom to better suit the needs of the screenplay.
The phurba in "The Shadow" is presented as a magical living being with a volatile character, which continues to give its wearer problems throughout the movie, resisting to be controlled by him.
This replica is a good quality one, made from a heavy quality steel with a plain, shiny blade and a patinated pommel and handle. It is in very good condition. Please note that we wouldn't recommend this one for ritual work. It is meant to be a collectors item or decorational piece with only a wink to the real deal.
Sizes; 37 centimeters long and 816 grams in weight.
Only one available.
