Smal size frame drums made in the traditional Irish bodhran style. Made with goat skin and decorated with a colorful Celtic knot symbol.
Please note; these drums are not from particularly high quality. This shows for example in how the decoration has been made on it; the celtic knot symbol is not handpainted, but printed on it. And of course, drums in this very small size (8 inch / 20,5 centimeters diameter) don't have a very resonant voice.
But of course, a smaller sized drum like this is great to use for children. Or to carry in your handbag while travelling. And of course also a nice item for all kinds of decorational purposes.
Bodhran drums are traditionally played with a wooden drumbeater called a 'tipper', but of course you can also use your own favorite drumbeater.
Two drums available; the one on the left of the first picture has a somewhat darker skin, the one on the right a more white one. You can choose your favorite one via the selection menu.
