She has many names, such as Nerthuz, Tamfana, Nehalennia, Diana, Danu, Perchra, Hella, etc... You can breathe with the touching of each bead to lower yourself into her realm. It helps you to connect by each breath to the Great Mother in the deepest of ways. Qualities: fertility, grounding, the womb, death and rebirth, "geborgenheid".
