Rattle made with grey haired hide from a sheep. This hide is acquired as scrap material from an artisan drum maker. From this hide two different pieces are used; a piece with short hair and a piece with long hair, giving the rattle a unique a-symmetric look.
The rattle is constructed with an antler from a dutch red deer deer as handle and filled with organic buckwheat, giving it a nice heavy feel and sound.
The rattle is decorated with a braid, made with 3 strands of wool in red-pink-violet colors. During the braiding, only the best of intentions and blessings were put in.
Total length of this rattle is 33,5 centimeters. It weighs 157 grams.
