In traditional shamanism, bells are used for many purposes, because they can serve as houses for spirits and their sound represents the voice of those spirits.

These large bells here in our shop come from Nepal, where they were originally made with a quite practical purpose; bells like this are hung around the necks of cattle to help the herder locate the animals and alert passers-by on their presence. These bells have been used as such for many years.

Bells with a unique history and authentic, rustique look and feel, now to be used as a house and voice for your spirits. A large bell such as this one can be used as a separate, protective amulet or for that purpose be sewn on your ritual costume or attached to your ritual attributes.

These bells are from vintage origin and hand-engraved with local, Nepalese symbolism.

There are three bells available, you can choose your favorite one via the selection-menu:

#1; 54 grams, 34 millimeters diameter measured without the eyelet or 50 millimeters including the eyelet. Made from bronze and overall in good condition.
#2; 44 grams, 32 millimeters diameter measured without the eyelet or 48 millimeters including the eyelet. Please note; as can be seen on the pictures, the eyelet from this bell is somewhat damaged and distorted (therefore the price is a bit lower), but it is still in wearable condition. Made from brass.
#3; 31 grams, 30 millimeters diameter measured without the eyelet or 49 millimeters including the eyelet. Made from bronze. Please note; as can be seen on the pictures, this bell has some oxidation spots on it.
