Beautiful Tibetan storage box. Boxes such as these are mostly used to store incense in, but can of course also be used to store your other ritual items or amulets in.
This storage box is made from an alloy of metals, mostly red copper and brass. On the sides the eight Tibetan Auspicious symbols can be seen, and the small deer figurines on top of the lid remind us of the buddhist stories about how the deer gathered to listen to the teachings of the Buddha in Deer Park.
Sizes: approximately 17 centimeters long, 7 centimeters wide and 7 centimeters high (measured without the lid) and 13 centimeters high (measured including the lid and the decorational figurines on top of it). Total weight is 417 grams.
This container is from vintage origin and therefore might have some little damages and imperfections due to its age and previous usage. But overall in good condition.
