Amulet necklace made with tusks from the upper jaw of a dutch wild boar. These tusks are from vintage origin and have been restored and reinforced to be used in this necklace. Signs of their age and some previous damages might still be seen, but they are now in good stable and wearable condition again.
The tusks have been strung on black waxcord, together with some re-used wooden beads, that have been taken from old necklaces. In between the tusks a bronze colored metal pendant with the Tree of Life symbol has been added. The Tree of Life symbol reminds us of our place in the family-tree and our roots; our ancestors. In this necklace the symbolism of having (or finding) your personal roots has been increased by the powerful grounding energy of the Wild Boar.
The waxcord closes with a simple knot, so it can easily be adjusted to your personal length.
